Sedo ccTLD Sales for the Week of 6/7/2010

Looking at the top five sales in the last week three are .de, one is .co.uk and one is… a .se domain? Yes – that’s right, beat.se made it into the #3 position this week selling for a whopping $20,000 USD. This just goes to show how much potential the ccTLD market has – almost unknown TLDs sell all the time and beat.se is another great example!

If you study the .de sales you’ll notice that two of the top three are German words and one is an LLL. Now I’m not making the point that you should only be buying German words in .de, I do think it’s important to see what’s selling and use this to guide your buying decisions. Pay close attention to these lists – many people think there is no liquidity in the .se or .be market but if you look at the sales below you can see – the market is there and more sales are happening every day!
