Top Sedo ccTLD Sales Last Week – Whi.ch Takes #1 Spot At 14,000 GBH

Sedo had a nice end to a strong year of ccTLD Sales last week with a .CH domain taking the #1 spot as the domain hack whi.ch selling for 14,000 GBH. Domain hacks made for some great ccTLD sales in 2011 and I’m sure we’ll see even more in 2012.

I was particularly excited to see a .US domain in the top five sales with CarpetCleaning.us coming in at #3 with a sale price of $8,500. .TV which has been hot all year also made the top five with veo.tv selling for 7,000 EUR. After that a strong of 2N.DE names took the cake followed by Trendcoat.DE at 3,800 EUR. More proof that .DE is still a strong performer and some exciting sales for .US and .TV fans like myself – there’s no doubt that 2012 is going to be even more exciting for both these TLDs!
